What is Scrum?

Scrum is an agile framework in which a small team delivers work in fixed-length iterations called sprints, usually one to four weeks long. It defines roles (product owner, Scrum Master, developers) and regular events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

Why it matters for your business

Scrum gives clients a predictable rhythm: a planned set of work at the start of each sprint and a demo of finished features at the end, which keeps progress and trade-offs visible.

Example

Every second Friday, a client's operations lead joins the sprint review, tries the new reporting screens and helps the product owner reorder the backlog for the next sprint.
