What we collect
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, country and a message. We use these details only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.
When you apply for a job
The application form asks for your name, email, phone, country, an optional portfolio link, a short message and your résumé, along with the role you are applying for. We use them only to assess your application and to contact you about it.
Spam protection
Both forms include a hidden field and record when the form was opened, so we can filter out automated submissions. Neither holds personal information.
Where your details go
Form submissions go to our own internal system, where our team reads and replies to them. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. The only outside services involved are our website hosting provider and the analytics tools described below.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and which links and forms are used, for example when someone clicks an email address or sends the contact form. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (such as _ga) to tell visits apart. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on, without affecting how the site works.
We also use our hosting provider's built-in analytics, which counts page views and measures load speed without cookies and without identifying you.
When you apply for a job, your browser remembers the email addresses you have already applied with, so the same application is not sent twice by mistake. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and applications only as long as we need them to respond, to follow up on the conversation and to keep normal business records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email info@invictushub.com and we will reply as soon as we can. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
