What is Sprint?

A sprint is a short, fixed period, usually one or two weeks, in which a team plans, builds and reviews an agreed set of work. Each sprint ends with working software that stakeholders can see.

Why it matters for your business

Sprints give you regular, visible progress and frequent chances to change priorities, instead of waiting months for a big reveal.

Example

At the end of each two-week sprint, the client sees a demo of the new features and helps choose what the next sprint should tackle.
