What is Minimum viable product (MVP)?

A minimum viable product is the smallest version of a product that real users can use and that tests whether the idea delivers value. It focuses on the core problem and leaves nice-to-have features for later.

Why it matters for your business

An MVP gets your product in front of paying users sooner and cheaper, so later investment is guided by real usage rather than guesses.

Example

Instead of a full booking platform, the MVP lets clinics publish open slots and lets patients book them, which is enough to prove demand.
