What is Omnichannel commerce?

Omnichannel commerce gives customers one connected experience across every place they buy, such as a website, mobile app, marketplace and physical store. Stock, prices, orders and loyalty are shared across all of them.

Why it matters for your business

Customers expect to buy online and return in store, or check stock on their phone before visiting. Connected channels keep them from going elsewhere.

Example

A shopper reserves a jacket in the app, sees it is in stock at a nearby store and picks it up the same afternoon.
