Services

Invictus Hub provides software development services including web development, mobile app development, custom software solutions, UI/UX design, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and generative AI solutions. All services are provided subject to these Terms and Conditions and any separate service agreements.

Intellectual Property Rights

All work products developed under a specific Statement of Work (SOW) are considered the exclusive property of the client, ensuring your intellectual property is protected and solely yours. However, Invictus Hub retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, and general knowledge gained during projects.

Copyright and Trademark Notice

The contents of all material available on our Site are copyrighted by Invictus Hub unless otherwise indicated. All rights are reserved and content may not be reproduced, downloaded, disseminated, or transferred, in any form or by any means, except with the prior written agreement of Invictus Hub or as indicated below.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in project agreements. Generally, we require 50% upfront payment before project commencement and the remaining 50% upon completion and delivery. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged. All payment terms are clearly outlined in our project agreements.

Confidentiality

We prioritize confidentiality and implement stringent measures to protect all sensitive information shared with us during the project lifecycle. We are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements to protect your sensitive information and intellectual property.

Project Scope and Changes

The scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement. Our agreements allow for flexible adjustments to project scopes or timelines, subject to mutual agreement in writing, ensuring that evolving project needs are accommodated.

Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of these Terms shall not affect the remaining provisions hereof, and these Terms shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had been omitted.
