What is User experience (UX) design?

User experience design is the process of making products easy, efficient and pleasant to use. It covers research, information structure, user flows, interface design and testing with real users.

Why it matters for your business

Good UX means fewer support calls, faster onboarding and higher conversion, because people can do what they came to do without getting stuck.

Example

Watching five users try to book an appointment reveals a confusing date picker; a simpler one cuts booking time by half.
