What is Responsive design?

Responsive design is building websites and apps so their layout adapts to any screen size, from phones to large monitors. Content reflows and resizes instead of needing separate versions.

Why it matters for your business

Most visitors arrive on phones. A responsive site keeps them reading, buying and contacting you, and search engines rank mobile-friendly pages higher.

Example

On a phone the product grid shows one column with large tap targets; on a desktop the same page shows four columns with filters on the side.
