What is Microsoft Power Platform?

Microsoft Power Platform is Microsoft's family of low-code tools: Power Apps for building apps, Power Automate for workflows, Power BI for reporting, Power Pages for portals and Copilot Studio for AI agents. They share data through Dataverse and connect to Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.

Why it matters for your business

Power Platform lets businesses already on Microsoft build apps, automations and reports quickly, on the security and accounts they already manage.

Example

A field team uses a Power App for inspections, Power Automate sends follow-up tasks and Power BI shows managers the results by region.
